Yoga therapy sessions are a holistic way to work collaboratively towards your personal goals, with a view of promoting self-care and encouraging overall wellbeing. We use a variety of scientifically proven yoga and mindfulness practices to help alleviate negative symptoms, and to improve mental and physical ailments.

You will gain an invaluable toolkit of techniques to help to support your own wellbeing, as well as learning the psychoeducation behind these practices to self-empower you to facilitate your own healing at all levels. Sessions may include breathing techniques, postures, meditation, relaxation, or the promotion of behavioural changes.

An initial meeting will assess your needs and determine your goals to see if this is the right path for you, and also to check that you will be comfortable with us working together.

Yoga therapy can provide support for the majority of mental and physical health conditions, including stress, anxiety, burnout, depression, trauma, eating disorders, addiction, insomnia, back pain, diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer’s, musculoskeletal problems, cancer, and more.
