PRIVATE SESSIONS

Whether you are new to yoga, want to delve deeper into aspects of yoga, or are working with a health condition, private yoga sessions will allow your practice to develop at your own pace, with personally tailored sessions to suit your needs.
I believe that yoga should be accessible to all, and as such, I offer a sliding scale of payment options dependant on what my clients are able to afford, and all sessions can either be held in person or online. Contact me to find out more and to book a consultation.

Online Yoga

GROUP CLASSES

Group classes are suitable for all levels, and include different styles such as Vinyasa (flowing postures for strength, endurance, and flexibility), Hatha (holding postures for strength and mindfulness), Yin (long holds aimed at flexibility and relaxation), and yoga nidra (relaxation). 

Classes can be available upon request if you have a group of people who would like to attend, and can be held online or in person.

Current classes are held at Eastwood Leisure Centre in Sheerwater (Woking, Surrey):

Monday 6pm-7pm

Thursday 7pm-8pm

WORKSHOPS AND COURSES

Workshops and courses allow for a specific theme/focus to be threaded throughout the duration of the sessions. This can be anything from a specific condition (e.g. anxiety, depression) to working on specific posures (e.g. inversions, hand balances).
