
ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Lisa. I have been teaching in the health and fitness field for over ten years, and have personally and professionally experienced the benefits that yoga can bring to both physical and mental health and wellbeing in people of all backgrounds and abilities. I specialise in working with those suffering from mental health conditions, and have worked with this group professionally for several years.
I meet my clients where they are in life, their bodies, and their minds, using a variety of styles of yoga movements, breathing techniques, and mindfulness to suit each individual. I passionately believe that yoga should be accessible for everyone, and I offer a supportive environment without judgment that is collaborative and client-led to ensure that you gain the most from our sessions.

Qualifications:
Sport Science BSc (Hons) Degree
200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Laxmi Yoga
580 hour Yoga Therapy Diploma with The Minded Institute
Level 4 personal training with exercise for mental health certification
