Road 2 Wellbeing offers yoga and mindfulness to adults of all backgrounds and abilities. I work with individuals, groups, and organisations, using techniques drawn from yoga philosophy, physiology, and neuroscience, that is backed by research for it's benefits to both mind and body. Current research shows that yoga and mindfulness are particularly effective when it comes to reducing stress and calming the nervous system, offering preventative measures and supportive tools for coping with day-to-day challenges, and ways to manage difficult symptoms and overwhelming feelings.

Yoga in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment can be an extremely beneficial way to take some time for yourself, and find space to explore and progress all aspects of life.
